Coffee is the most popular type of beverage to be consumed in the morning. The reason coffee contains caffeine which can raise your spirits. Because in the morning sometimes you need an injection of energy from outside the body that snaps. That is why there are people who can not even find 'function' if they do not drink coffee in the morning.

Although it looks normal, but in fact a study reported by dailymail.co.uk actually recommend that you do not drink coffee in the morning.

So in fact your body has produced a 'caffeine' natural and makes you do not need to be drinking coffee or any other drinks that contain caffeine," said study published in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine.

"By taking an unnecessary caffeine, your body will build up a tolerance to the effects of caffeine. This means your body will be more 'immune' to caffeine which actually will harm the body."
