Garance posted twice about Birks, some other fashion blogs speak about the Pheobe Philo fashion show and the Céline campaign, about vintage pictures of Kate Moss, about an amazing lookbook of a supergreat Australian brand called Bassike.. and here is how I wanted to speak with you about this stuff.
THIS girl (is it necessary to remind you who she is?!) just gave us a big lesson about how to wear Birk (yeah I am writting "Birk" instead of Birkenstock, it is shorter you guess!) with thick socks (without bearing some resemblance to a big men with a big paunch and lots of hairs and a beer bottle on the left hand (hello stigma!)!). This girl is a genius, she makes risky choices, her fancy is endless and the result is really (really really really) often (okay, everytime!) SO inspiring. I already told you all these stuff, I know.. but look at this picture and try to tell me it is not perfect! She is one of the most inspiring girl, she has her own way to see and interprete the fashion and trends, and believe me, I am speechless every single time I visit her blog.
She kept a soft and feminine atmosphere in the outfit, maybe thanks to the neutral tones, but she contrasted the full look with two strong pieces: a masculine bag which brings to perfect colored touch to the look, and the disputed combo: Birk+thick socks. Aw and look at the way she wraped her neck with this mustard scarf, perfect isn't?
I really can't get enough of this look..
Garance a posté deux billets sur les Birks, d'autres blogs de mode parlent du défilé de Pheobe Philo et de la campagne Céline, des photos vintage de Kate Moss, d'un lookbook génial d'une marque australienne géniale aussi appelé Bassike .. et voilà, à mon tour de vous parler de ce truc ici.
Cette fille (est-il nécessaire de vous rappeler qui elle est?!) vient de nous donner une grande leçon sur la façon de porter des Birk (ouais j'écris "Birk" au lieu de Birkenstock, c'est plus court vous vous doutez!) avec des chaussettes épaisses (sans pour autant ressembler à un gros type avec un gros ventre et beaucoup de poils et une bouteille de bierre dans la main gauche bien sûr ("allo clichés bonjour!")!).
CETTE fille est un génie, elle fait des choix risqués, son imagination est sans fin et le résultat est vraiment (vraiment vraiment vraiment) souvent (ok, à chaque fois!) TELLEMENT inspirant. Je vous ai déjà dit tout ces trucs, je sais .. mais regardez cette photo et essayer de me dire que ce n'est pas parfait! Elle est une des filles qui m'inspire le plus, elle a sa propre façon de voir et interpréter la mode et les tendances, et croyez-moi, je suis sans voix à chaque fois que je visite son blog.
Elle a gardé une atmosphère douce et féminine dans la tenue, peut-être grâce aux tons neutres, mais elle contraste le tout avec deux pièces fortes: un sac masculin qui amène une petite touche de couleur au look, et le combo tellement contesté: Birk + épaisses chaussettes. Oh et regardez la façon dont elle a enroulé son écharpe moutarde autour de son cou, parfait n'est-ce pas?
Je ne peux pas me lasser de ce look ..

Questa ragazza (è necessario ricordarvi chi è?!) ci ha dato una grande lezione su come indossare le Birk (si scrivo "Birk" invece di Birkenstock è più breve, no?!) con calzettoni (senza somigliare ad un uomo peloso e ciccione e con una bottiglia di birra nella mano sinistra ("salve stereotipi"!)!).
Questa ragazza è un genio, le sue scelte sono rischiose, la sua immaginazione è infinita e il risultato è davvero (davvero davvero davvero) spesso (ok, ogni volta!) molto ispirante. Vi ho già detto tutte queste cose, lo so.. Ma guardate questa foto e provate a dirmi che non è perfetta! Lei è una delle ragazze che mi ispira di più, ha il suo proprio modo di vedere e di interpretare le tendenze e la moda, e credetemi, rimango senza parole ogni volta che visito il suo blog.
Ha saputo conservare una atmosfera morbida e femminile nel look, forse a causa dei colori dolci e neutri, e contrasta l'insieme con due pezzi forti: una borsa maschile che donna il perfetto tocco di colore al look, e il così controverso combo: Birk + calzettoni. Oh, e guardare il modo in cui ha avvolto la sua sciarpa mostarda intorno al collo, perfetto no?
Non riesco a stufarmi di questo look ..
